Dream Bakery exists to to bring hope and joy to those who feel deprived and left out because they have to follow a gluten free diet. Food is an important part of life's celebrations and everyday rituals, and we want you to be able to enjoy them with tasty treats and peace of mind. There's no need to go without! 

HELLO!

 I'm Karen, founder of Dream Bakery. I've been gluten free since 1971, long before gluten free was a thing. I've been baking since I was old enough to reach to the knobs on the oven and always dreamed of sharing my creations with others in the gluten free community.  In 2016 I was laid off from my corporate job. That same week my grandfather passed and left me some money. Thus, the dream became reality!

We've been through many twists and turns since then but we know the need for quality gluten free baked goods made in a safe environment is real, and that's what keeps us going! Thank you to our loyal customers who have stuck with us through our journey. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Do you see that smile? That's why we are here! That moment when you bite into one our treats and say "wait - are you sure this is gluten free?" Or when you cry tears of joy because you haven't had a croissant since you were on your honeymoon in Paris before you were diagnosed. Or when you give us a big hug because you really, really want a poptart, and your mom found some at the store that are gluten free, but they aren't REALLY poptarts because they are trying too hard to be healthy, and we made you some that are like the ones everyone else eats only better because real butter, and please could we make you a big box of them for your birthday instead of a cake?
